1-2-1 personal training sessions will guide you through your fitness routine, ensuring that you are spending your time on exercises that will get you the best results as quickly as possible. My aim is to help you establish a lifetime healthy routine which will motivate you to continue setting goals and create accountability for your results both during and after your sessions with me.
Fitness tests may include body composition, cardiovascular, flexibility, strength, and endurance testing. Power, speed and agility evaluations may be provided for certain athletes. Fitness tests are designed to monitor progress and to assist in the development of your fitness program.
